A CASE STUDY
MetroDemic is a team building game played on your smart phone developed by an awesome family just outside of Seattle, WA. This client needed logo design, game play design and illustrations done before the launch of their product.
I was provided a rough sketch of the idea of the MetroDemic logo; the idea of a modern city, an Erlenmeyer flask, and a loose color palette. I chose a bold upright font to mimic the styling of the tall city structures and added the bubbling elements to the logotype. The city is a combination of new and old style and influenced by the various structures around Seattle and many of the other sites the game is played. This is the horizontal logo lockup for banner designs.
Black and White
The square lockup, combined with the simple black and white design carries the overall feeling of the MetroDemic brand.
